Delivery Policy

This Public Contract (offer) is an offer of the Company to conclude a public contract with any interested person on the terms provided below. This Contract (hereinafter – the Agreement) is a public offer in accordance with the applicable law, i.e. it contains all the essential terms of the Contract, which is showing the will of the person making the offer to conclude the Agreement on these terms, with any person who makes the acceptance of the offer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 

        OnlineFlora OÜ, hereinafter referred to as the Company, on the one hand, and any person who has accepted the terms of this offer, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, on the other hand, hereinafter jointly referred to as the Parties, and separately the Party, have agreed to conclude this agreement on the following terms.

The electronic Agreement has the same legal effect as a written contract signed by the Parties.

The acceptance shall be deemed complete and unconditional only if the Customer has agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and has placed an order.

We deliver in Ukraine within 3 hours after the payment of your order. Faster is possible! Contact our managers for more details. Exceptions may be complex compositions or baskets, which may take a little longer to create (The closest delivery time is indicated on each product page). The delivery can be made to home address, work address, hotel, restaurant. We can also make a delivery without address, by making a phone call to the recipient in advance.

Since the basket of flowers and fruit is a perishable product, the company reserves the right to change the composition and appearance of the goods up to 20-25%, preserving the overall appearance and cost of components.

Orders are delivered on a convenient time for you. The time can be selected in the cart when placing an order. The delivery is possible during the day (09:00 – 21:00) or during working hours (10:00 – 17:00) or during shorter time slots (09:00 – 12:00, 12:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 18:00, 18:00 – 21:00). Morning (07:00 – 09:00) and evening (21:00 – 23:00) times require additional payment. Deliveries for today are accepted until 16:00 on that day. We recommend that you pay as soon as possible (we prefer that you place your orders before lunch) in order to have your order delivered as quickly as possible on the same day. If the payment arrives too late (during the evening of your recipient), we will have to postpone delivery of your order to the next day.

Delivery in the morning (from 07:00 to 9:00) is accepted until 17:00 of the previous day. If you have paid for your order after 6 pm and the delivery is needed for the next day early in the morning, it can be postponed to a later time in agreement with the Customer. Delivery to small towns and villages is possible during the day and is not available in the morning (07:00 – 9:00) and in the evening (21:00 – 23:00).

Please note that if the recipient is not at the specified address and at the specified time, after a 15-minute wait, the courier is authorized to hand over the order to a reliable person (relative, neighbor, registrar, porter, etc, if the courier deems it possible!). If we could not contact you for further information about the delivery, and there would be no possibility to pass the bouquet to someone else at the address, the bouquet will be returned by the courier to the office to clarify the situation. Re-delivery of the order requires an additional payment. If the client refuses the re-delivery, the price of the order is not refunded, since the company incurred expenses.

 

Delivery on holidays

To ensure a timely delivery of your order on the holidays of February, 14 or March, 8, it would be better to order in advance.

Our managers work around the clock and are ready to answer to all your questions. You can contact us by phone, e-mail or chat.

Due to the holiday traffic, the orders delivery on holidays is carried out from 8:00 to 23:00 local time (the time frame specified by the customer in the order, on these days, is not valid) after a preliminary phone call to your recipient. (We understand the importance of keeping the surprise, so we will never announce what will be delivered. We usually say it's about a delivery of a package or a recommended letter. Be sure that your recipient will receive the gift with the best positive emotions!) We will try to take into account all your wishes regarding the delivery time, but unfortunately, due to the holiday workload we can't always guarantee a 100% compliance to them.

Please note that if your recipient is not at the address at the specified time, after a 15-minute wait, deliverer is allowed to pass the order to a reliable person (family member, neighbor, porter, etc, If it would be convenient!). If we can't contact you for more information about the delivery (you won't respond to calls or emails from us) and we can't pass your recipient's bouquet to someone else, the bouquet will be returned by courier to the office and we will wait for more information from you. Re-delivery of the order requires an additional payment.
